Troubleshooting

A collection of common problems, their likely causes, and remedies as currently known.

There is no audio from dressing room speakers.

Problem: Most likely the amplifier which provides the house mix to the dressing rooms has gone into an overload state. This may happen if the incoming signal was unusually high/loud. The amplifier is located in the small equipment rack backstage in the stage right wing. If you look through the small brush plate between the rackmount equipment and you see a red LED illuminated, that would be the overload indicator.

Solution: Simply power-cycle the amplifier. Look below the equipment rack for a power cable which has an "AMP" tag near the plug, which is connected to a surge protector. Unplug the amplifier for a few seconds then plug it back in to reset it.
